Clients participating in telehealth services acknowledge:

• there are limitations to virtual treatment,

• privacy risks may exist outside the provider’s control,
• and emergency response may be limited based on client location.

Clients are responsible for providing an accurate physical location at the time of each telehealth session in case emergency services are needed.

Under the No Surprises Act, health care providers are required to provide clients who do not have insurance or who are not using insurance with an estimate of expected charges for medical and mental health services.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining the expected cost of your care.
